The Website is available directly on Internet at www.genotrix.com and may also be available through other addresses or channels. The  terms  “Employees”,  “Businesses”,  “User(s)”  or  “you”,  “Personal  profile”,  “Business  page”,  “Business Agreement” and “Additional services” shall receive here the same meaning as in the Terms of Use which apply to the Website and must be read together with this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”).

4. Google Analytics
It is possible that the Website uses Google Analytics, a website analysis service supplied by Google LLC (“Google”).    a. Data processors

The Company  may  share  personal data  with  various  outside  companies  or  agents  doing technological maintenance or working on behalf of the Company. Such transfer is made to help or  participate  in  the  Website’s  operation,  in  particular  by  managing,  hosting  or  maintaining  the  Website, to advertise or send marketing communications about our products, services and offers, to conduct research, monitor and analyse the network’s status. The personal data are mainly stored  in  Portugal but  may  also  be  sent  to  other  countries  when  appropriate and even for data security purposes. The Company shall respect all applicable rules and shall adopt all required and necessary measures prior to  the  transmission  of  data  abroad. 

7. Data retention

The information collected through contact form shall be stored and retained during the business relationship or kept for a maximum period of 3 years after the business or commercial relation finished.

Any personal data and consent that may be collected from Cookies shall be stored during 1 year.

After  the  end  of  the  retention  period,  we  shall  delete  or anonymize your  personal  data  without  further  notification.  It is  however  expressly  underlined  that  these  data  may  be  kept  even  after, in particular (without limitation) in case of back-up systems or to be in compliance with the regulatory system.

Anonymous information (including but without limitation data collected through the use of Cookies) may be kept without any limitation.

10. Minor and Children Information

The Company does not collect or process any personal data of minors and children. If you detect or suspect that any data has been provided by a minor or children from your own responsibility, please contact us through the available methods to understand and to resolve the problem.

11. Updates to this privacy policy

We regularly review and, if appropriate, update this privacy policy from time to time, and as our services and use of personal data evolves. If we want to make use of your personal data in a way that we haven’t previously identified, we will contact you to provide information about this and, if necessary, to ask for your consent.

We will update the version number and date of this document each time it is changed.
